Nike Women x AYB Event.

If you caught my Instagram story, you'll already know that I had the pleasure of being invited to the launch event for Nike Women Sculpt Lux tights held at the W Hotel in Leicester Square with some incredible instructors from At Your Beat. And if you didn't, get following at @phoeberaye

Nike Women has recently launched a new range of fitness tights designed to be comfortable for any activity and we got the chance to test them out during a two hour dance class hosted by AYB.

I was gifted with a pair of Nike Sculpt Hyper Women's Training Tights which I took the Dancehall fitness class in and even though I was sweating like a mofo, the tights kept me cool and felt a lot less gross than I looked. Lol.

As a professional dancer, I take dance classes more or less daily, but these classes have a fitness element so that my stamina was tested more than usual, which made it really feel like an intense full body cardio workout, more than any Insanity or Beach Bod workout. I was also trying to make the moves look good so it was also a mental workout for me, as I was trying to overcome the tiredness to still do all the moves full out. I have quite a few dancer friends who teach under the AYB umbrella, but this was my first class and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I also received a very comfortable light pair of Nike Free Run's in my favourite colour ATM.

Nike Free Wmns Trainer 7

A light exercise sports bra absolutely perfect for my yoga classes, with a more feminine look than the classic sports bra.

Nike Pro Indy Sports Bra

A grey training tank top which I tied up for the dance class but would be very easy to wear with anything.

Nike Grey Training Top

And of course the tights which are such a flattering shape and come in plus sizes so big up Nike for catering to ALL bodies.

  1. Nice post! I just bought two Leggings from here and I cannot think of buying any other brand now. It is fantastic! Also, it is important to wear comfortable clothes in order to work out properly. It was wonderful coming across this post. I am going to share it with my friends and cousins for sure.
