Booty Gains on the Go.

Hey gang,

It’s that time of year where everyone jets off and for me personally, that means it’s festival season again. 

While it’s amazig af to be travelling all the time, it f*cks up my training schedule big time. You really don’t fancy finding your way around the hotel gym when you just got off a flight.

I tend to keep my resistance band in my bag (yes that’s how annoying I am) and use it to keep building a booty on the road. Here’s a really easy workout I do when I can’t make it to the gym.

RB Lying Hip Abduction
 RB Clamshells 

3 sets of 10
RB Bodyweight Squats
RB Lateral Walks
RB Squat Pulses

3 sets of 12
RB Fire Hydrants
RB Donkey Kicks
